"A discussion with Ian Davis, Chairman Emeritus McKinsey" 

Ian Davis is former Chairman and worldwide Managing Director of McKinsey.  He worked for McKinsey for more than 30 years, serving as a consultant to a range of global organisations across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.  Prior to becoming Chair and Managing Director, he was Managing Partner for the firm’s UK & Ireland practice.   

He is a Non-Executive Director at Johnson & Johnson and BP plc, a Senior Adviser to Apax Partners LLP and a Non-Executive Board Member at the UK Cabinet Office.  He is also a Non-Executive Director of Teach for All Inc, a global network of independent social enterprises working to expand educational opportunities in their nations, an Advisory Director of King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Centre, and a Non-Executive Director of both the Big Society Trust and Majid Al Futtaim Holdings LLC.
